I was driving through Nebraska this morning when I had an unexpected stop due to extremely unsafe & poor weather conditions. Amanda at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, accommodating & helpful! She had a positive attitude along with her general concern and well-being for the people who stay at this hotel is extremely inviting and tuned my whole morning around. I will definitely be recommending this place to others and will staying here if I ever find myself in Nebraska again.

We have stayed in Omaha at this same hotel many times. We are always greeted quickly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. It is always clean and quiet. We really appreciated all the upgraded rooms and amenities. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The bedding was very luxurious and had no chemical or perfume smell at all. There was plenty of space to put all of our stuff and the room had a lot of choices for lighting so we could make it very comfortable. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in town. Thanks Deepa for the wonderful hospitality!
This was the worse LaQuinta I have ever stayed at. After driving 10 hrs we stopped here because LaQuinta are clean and have everything I need. Not this one. First was given a dirty room to check into. Then while waiting for another room another guest left because she was given a room that was dirty. Then get to the new room on the complete other side of the hotel, to have to move furniture to plug in lights that should already be plugged in. Had no refrigerator or microwave, sit down on the bed and it broken at the end. I know that I will never stay here again unless some major improvements are made. Like updating the property and making sure these things don’t happen again.
What can I add to the other great reviews of this place? We had been on a hectic 8-nights tour prior to staying here and being able to enjoy Omaha and with my family.nOur room was spacious and despite the nearby busy road, extremely quiet. The beds very comfortable, a good nights sleep was guaranteed.nWe would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again if revisiting Florence.
