The hotel was laid out very nicely and extremely modern. Our room was super cozy as well. We checked in a little late and Tony at the front desk was very accommodating to us from the time we got there until we left. Helped us find a few bars in the area as well as a place to grab a bite to eat. We will most definitely be back. Thanks again Tony/Aloft.
Dom, Katie, Jackie and Sydney were absolutely wonderful. Our stay had some ups and downs due to the weather and other unforeseen circumstances extending our stay an extra day or two. From the beginning they were very accommodating to our group and made sure we were well taken care of. Stepping in behind the bar and anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel and all the staff there that made our stay incredible.
I live in Omaha, our bathroom was being remodeled and we booked two nights with our 2 children. Booking the pool areas to ourself was quick and easy. Jackie at the front desk and Katie her supervisor were both super awesome. Jackie had l the answers to all the questions I had about the hotel, actually smiled, and was super kind to our children. Her laugh was contagious and after a few hours In the lobby playing boardgames and having our mini family vacation. (super family oriented) we definitely will be back.
Super cool vibe. Staff was amazing. Every single staff we came in contact with was super kind. Very accommodating and made the stay very comfortable. Would highly recommend!!! And will be back!!!
A nice modern hotel that was pleasant enough to stay in. The decor is quite cool and there was a bar, pool, and gym on the first floor. My only gripes were that the lighting switches didn't turn off the lights in the obvious places (you turned the bedside light off in the entranceway), the hallways smelled like gas or something, and the shower had hairs left in it. At the price point though all that can be forgiven for a solid 4.
