Worst hotel stay of my life!!! Checked in to a dirty room. Then the next day we didn't have a working shower. Absolutely no water. No refund given. DON'T BOOK HERE!!!
I do a fair amount of business in Omaha and have found my new goto hotel. Cost is fantastic, beds are always wonderful and they have wonderful down pillows which I truly enjoy.nnThank you for taking care of this Diamond with the King Studio upgrade.
When I checked in, the room cleanliness seal was broken on my room. I asked the front desk associate to get me a different room. He didn't want to believe me, and told me they didn't have another one. He informed me the best he could do is ask his manager to refund my money the next day. I asked to see his manager and he got very defensive and angry. I asked if he could find me a room at another hotel. He refused. I walked out and had to find one on my own. I have stayed in Hilton Inn's for work and pleasure for 27 years with severalhundreds of nights stay and never been treated like this. Very disappointed in Hilton.
Ive had much better service at other hotels. Ice machines dont work, they have fire drills, and i came to relax instead i had to listen to kids screaming and running back and forth. Will not be staying here again.
Very clean so that's good. The bed was the worst bed I've ever slept on. Felt like a box spring with a pee pee pad. The water in the shower was so over softened that I couldn't tell of I had washed all the soap off.
