Absolutely the worst Best Western in the chain. Rude staff, hotel smells of cigarettes and marijuana. Body odour in the exercise room like they never clean it. Breakfast is a joke, trying to put out as little as possible. Filed complaint with hotel and have asked several times for someone to reply and no one will, they got their money they don’t care and that is very very clear here.
