Be prepared to be woken up at 5:30am every morning. I was woken up every morning to the sound to the sound of the truck “backup warnings” for more than an hour each morning. Don’t accept a room on the North side because you’ll hear everything through these single pain windows. They should offer earplugs along with the Kurig cups. The woman at the front desk didn’t seem to care either - I called, I went down in person. Not like the hotel busy either, maybe 4 other people staying here at the moment - seems like they would want to keep 25% of their clientele. Maybe the “M” hotel across the street cares.
I have stayed here many times. This time there is constant banging noise. The hotel was accommodating and moved us up to the 4th floor and we can still hear it. Sounds like someone running back and forth and dropping heavy weights. All night all day long.nAlso drains are slow and only 2 rooms in the entire hotel that have a bath tub.
Wonderful place to stay! The rooms were extremely clean, there was even a sticker attached to the door showing it had been cleaned as well as the remote. All staff wore a mask as well. The beds were comfortable, beautiful bathroom and lots of space for storage. While it wasn’t much, they also had a free grab n go breakfast with a couple items. This hotel is in a business type of complex so there are tons of restaurants close by. Would highly recommend!
