No soap in the room, bathroom sink clogged, hot tub closed with no notice, informational book said the pool was open until 12 but it actually closed at 10! Otherwise, it was decently clean.... need more staff at location because they were busy, with very few staff around. ud83dude0a customer service is key!

Updated Marriott in a central location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Was here for a hockey tournament so by the end of our stay the staff has usually had their fill. But the staff remained positive and helpful! Covid protocols in place, staff wore masks and they seemed to enforce policy on guests. Only grab and go area open for any food. Rooms were clean, but from a hockey perspective on the tight side. Maybe a king room as more open floor space, queens had very little space which makes storing gear in there hard, especially to air out. Closet was decent size, but would have been better if they had a slide door so you could leave open. Current doors really made it useless from a hockey world. Bathroom updates, good water pressure and good hot water. Noise transfer was limited, expect you can hear the water pipes from other rooms when guests use. Definitely annoying to be woken up at 6am by the sound of water. All in all, good tournament hotel and plenty of free open parking.

Excellent quality and service. Andrew G at the front desk was incredibly patient and helpful and went out of his way to help us take care of a last minute issue for our volleyball team.

When I travel, I always stay at a Marriott. Reserved a room online for 2 beds for a family of 5. Show up and was given a room with 1 bed for 3 adults and 2 kid, and wasn't even told which way to go to the room. When I went down to complain I was offered an air mattress as the room I reserved was dirty and they were completely booked. They then proceeded to tell me that the room I needed was available it was just dirty. Apparently the cleaning crew only comes three days (that's disgusting). It also explains why the lobby trash can was over filled. Only after I booked another hotel in the lobby did someone offer to transfer us to another Marriott. The other hotel offered better customer service, and got us in right away. No thank you...maybe the Marriott's expectations aren't what they're used to be.

We're in town for a few nights and we did not have a choice where to stay, but overall happy with this location. The hotel is easy to get to right off the highway with some nice restaurants right down the street.nnThe hotel staff so far has been very nice and the place is very clean. The only reason why it is not 5 stars is this place seems packed to the gills. I have a room next to a couple who sound like they are coughing up a lung. During covid that's not a very good job of just filling up because it's a busy weekend. If we're going to fill every room in the place why bother and have a mask mandate? They could do better with a policy on rooms spacing for sure.
