The room was flawless. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and with all the amenities, to the point that we didn't even have to think about what we needed--it was just there. Pool and hot tub were simple but well done. My only complaint was that the breakfast was very basic with no hot items, but that may have been due to COVID restrictions, so I didn't consider it in my rating.

Angel at the desk was great, check in only took a few minutes. Facility was clean, room was great and clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.

We generally seek out Hampton Inn because we've always had a good experience. But this time at this particular hotel was a nightmare. The people next door I swear were doing WW wrestling And it has gone on for hours. I called down to the front desk to complain but the noise has not stopped. We are now over 2 hrs in. There is constant beating/kicking and knocking on the wall and running around coming from that Room. There was like 8 plus people in that Room at 1 point then they spilled out into the Hall.nWe are greatly disappointed in our stay. We paid hard earned money for a horrible stay and no sleep.

I was booked here for an NCAA event. Not only were staff perfessional and accommodating.nThey went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was amazing and on point for the start of the day. Wal-Mart, Aldi, Starbucks, and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel.nI would recommend this stay if you want a great experience in hospitality and accommodation while in Omaha.

Nice, clean rooms. Enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was quite good. Friendly staff at the front desk.
