I wouldn’t even give this hotel one star!!!nWhen my daughters and I arrived, we got to our room, my youngest daughter took a shower first.nThere was a ball of hair in the corner of the tub and hair all over the bottom of the tub.nShe used the restroom, cleaned out the tub and got into the shower. I went in and used the restroom and the toilet took over 30min to fill before we could flush again.nThen the next day we was getting ready and the maintenance guy knocked. He said we had bugs in our bathroom light and he was there to clean them out and to replace the full light bulbs in the room. We immediately left.nWhen we came back. The maintenance guy had pooped and peed in the toilet in our room and either didn’t flush or it wouldn’t go down.nWhen we got into the room I ran to the restroom cause I had to go bad and I saw he had used it. So I flushed it and sat down. When I stood up. The toilet had started to over flow. That was it for me. We checked out and left.nAlso. I reserved the room for 4 people. I only grow 2 towels no wash rags and the fridge was full Of water.nnI will never go back!!!!

Had to wait 15 minutes to check in because there was no one at the desk and courtesy phone was out of order. The gentleman that finally showed up was far from nice. The room was fair. Not a complete set of towels and when we went to the front desk to get some again there was no one there. In fact the whole time we were there never did see front desk personnel. You get what you pay for I guess but would recommend not spending your money here.

We requested 2 queen bed room for our family of 5, checked in and received 2 double beds. When we asked to fix it we were told this is the biggest bed. No refunds either. Would of been nice to be informed BEFORE we checked in then. Beds were stiff and a/c barely workefd. Wont be staying here again

So I didn't plan to stay here but as an over the raid truck driver sometimes stuff happens.nnI called and the nicest guy answered and helped me out.nnRoom was very clean. Hotel is in the process of being remodeled so some rooms are unavailable.nnGreat location. Great prices. Everything clean. They didn't trip about my service animal dog at all.nnWas able to do laundry and buy detergent etc for cheap.nnI will only stay here when I come back to Omaha NE.nnThanks.

Stayed in worse but this is absolutely by far the worse place to go. The check in took forever. Had to cancel our reservation and do it online. The fire sensor was open and beeping every 30 seconds. The hotel should update their website because the breakfast, pool and fitness center are all closed. The trash is piling up by the elevator and nobody has taken it out. The whole 2nd and 3rd floor are under renovation. Honestly never staying here again.
