Although they accidentally overbooked, they did an amazing job at relocating me to another Holiday Inn Express 10 miles away and paid for their mistake for their mishap! Accidents happen but I am so thankful they were willing to fix it without hesitation! I have also stayed at this hotel many times and have had great experiences here! Would definitely recommend staying here!

First room had a noisy heater and TV that worked part of the time. Moved us to different room that looked better but had several issues. Light out in bathroom, sink with drain plug not working. Kids ran up and down hall. Shower gel dispenser empty.

My daughter and I stayed there last night. We were immediately greeted by the lady at the front desk. I regret not getting her name but she did say this was her 3rd day there. She was very friendly and listened patiently while my daughter talked about our trip to Omaha. The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Parking was easy. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the pancakes! We will definitely stay the next time we are here!

Overall room and accommodations were fine for the price I paid. However, if you experience any damages to your personal property expect to receive little to no help from hotel or upper management. I stayed at this Holiday Inn in February and came back to a room with water pouring in from the ceiling, some of which was falling and pooling around my open laptop. I was moved to a different room, received no compensation or refund, and no explanation as to how the situation occurred, but hey, at least I was given 2000 IHG reward points (the equivalent of 1/5 of a night)!nnI have made dozens and dozens of phone calls and sent many emails to try and resolve the damage my laptop sustained and the best I have managed in nearly 5 months is to be passed off to the next person, over and over again. At no point in time has anyone from the Holiday Inn taken initiative and reached out to me, EVERY point of communication has been initiated by me, repeatedly. I have been told multiple times my situation is being handled by insurance who is supposed to reach out to me, which they have yet to do. I have been told multiple times my patience is appreciated and my frustration is understood, and yet nothing has happened. I've been told hotel staff is unable to help me because upper management deals with these situations. I have been told COVID-19 is the reason for my delay, yet COVID-19 shutdown and precautions didn't start taking place until a month after my situation occurred. I am tired of the excuses, I am tired of being passed off to the next person, I am tired of trying to resolve this issue with no help from the entity responsible for it.

Overall the hotel was nice. The breakfast area is small and chaotic and the offerings don't change day to day. But the food was good. The staff is very friendly. We didn't bother with the pool as it was very small. The shower leaves something to be desired as the water pressure and spray pattern aren't great. Parking was easy and close and it was well located. Our only complaint is that they don't have pack and plays or cribs for infants. We put it as a request on our booking and requested it at the front desk upon check in (and were told it would be delivered quickly). But when we returned to our room later that day and called down to request it again, we were told the hotel doesn't carry pack and plays. I have no idea how a hotel doesn't offer something like that. When asked why no one mentioned it before, the person we were speaking with brushed it off, saying that the person at the front desk must be new. I thought the front desk staff were wonderful (and she definitely didn't seem new) so I didn't appreciate his response.nnEDIT: In our request at the front desk and when we called down we asked for a crib or pack and play. Our preference is always for a crib. Even if they didn't understand what we were requesting, the staff member should have offered a crib when informing us you don't carry pack and plays. Instead they offered an extremely unhelpful response that put down another staff member.
