This is the only hotel we found that’s an easy walk to Methodist and Children’s hospitals. Our quick stay for a surgery turned into a couple of weeks with various relatives coming and going as the patient declined, went on life support, came off life support, convalesced, was transferred to a local hospital. The staff was attentive and aware of our difficult situation and they truly worked to make our stay comfortable. Pete in particular was amazing.nThe kitchen in each room is so helpful. Parking is ample but what we loved was that when weather permitted, we could walk to everything we needed.nWhat amenities are within 6 minutes on foot? A park with walking trails. Groceries, healthy food store, Scooters, varied restaurants, all night market, Children’s and Methodist hospitals. Target and Starbucks is about 10 to 12 minutes on foot.nAs we kept extending our stay, the staff just supported us. The day before we finally left, another relative was transported to Children’s hospital and the staff welcomed and kindly accommodated them, with all the same attentive care we received.nGreat experience.

Staff was super friendly. I called many times to get extra blankets, pillows or towels; every time they were up within 15 minutes. They were more than friendly and happy to help.nnThe pool was great! Loved being able to swim. Everyone I ran into was wearing a mask. Dividers everywhere. It was very clean, and it felt safe. It felt like me and my boys were all over that hotel, we only saw 3 staff and maybe 6 other patrons.

We had a most wonderful stay at your hotel. Very clean. The staff were so accommodating. The only very minor thing I missed was there was no dirty laundry bag in the room.

We always stay at Staybridge Suites, but this was the first time we stayed at this particular one. It seemed like it needed some updating. There were stains on the carpet, a pillowcase and a sheet or two. There was limited indoor seating in the cafeteria, which made it difficult to eat there(likely because of covid). But the staff was very nice and overall, it was a nice stay, but some updating of the rooms would be greatly appreciated:)

First and Foremost, Jack the Assistant Manager saved our WHOLE trip. We get there and we realize we had accidently booked for the wrong month. It was my husband and I, our 4yr old daughter AND our dog and 8pm at night. We had done drove 3.5hrs and thought we were going to have to drive all the way back home. Jack said he had a room for us anyways!!!! He was very helpful, kind and understanding! We hadnto track him down before we left to tell him THANK YOU! Staybridge Suites was very nice and clean. Had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator with little stove, pots and pans and dishes. We also had a dishwasher! Breakfast was good too! We for sure will stay here the next time we come to Omaha!
