Wanted help with my bike - called and arranged to come in - planned to wait outside due to Covid restrictions. Assistant was helping other customers when I arrived - didn't acknowledge me when I got there, even though he wad outside with clients. Whatever, so I waited.nnWhen he came out again, he told me not to smoke outside his shop, and to please leave. Fine, I will, and I won't bother going back. When the first thing a business's representative says to you is to leave, maybe that's a good sign that they're not worth patronizing.

2 tires, 2 tubes, great turn around time, reasonably priced. The shop was busy. I really appreciate the service. Thanks.

Horrible service. Brought in my father and I’s bikes for tune up and repair. From the second the long haired younger dude saw my face he treated me as subhuman. First up was an older dirtier bike that had a few issues. He scoffed at my bike and seemed genuinely OFFENDED that I would consider bringing in such a damaged bike. He was incredibly condescending towards me the entire time, and it was genuinely the worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I have never written a review before but this guy impacted my day so much that I had no other choice. My father who has been a customer for 30 years says that he will not return. (However the older British gentleman was very kind)

I love this bike shop. It's pretty far from my home, but worth the trip. I have purchased 3 bikes from these guys over the years and had great service experiences. These guys are very honest and experienced bike mechanics and the prices are in line with other shops around the area. I have never been ripped off at this shop. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. The brands they carry are quality bikes and they have an extensive line of accessories. The only knock is that the neighborhood is a little rough, but that's not their fault. I highly recommend this bike shop.

Terrible mannerisms by the Sales rep. He was so rude that I did not feel comfortable being there to purchase a bike. I will never go back again.
