Hello, I wanted to take a moment to recognize Mr. Jay. After shopping other places with my 9 year old, who needed new shoes, we stopped into Dick’s at Westroads. My son has a narrow foot and it can be tricky finding shoes that fit. Jay was so informative, patient, and kind. We really appreciated his help, we were in and out in no time without feeling stressed. My son thought we should give him some money because he was so nice. (Just shows that even children pay attention to how you treat others) It was refreshing to get such good help from a young person.
Always an awesome experience! You are greeted upon entrance with a heartfelt welcome. I didnt have my coupon on me but they still honored my discount. Store is warm inviting and clean. Excellent customer service throughout the entire visit.
This is just a casual JC penny. What happened to all the guns, ammo, fishing items. Waste of space! Though did have a friendly worker.
Items shown in stock are rarely in stock. Don't waste the drive here. Inventory online is exaggerated on purpose.
Quick in and out. Place is clean and staff friendly. Would be easy 5 stars but the lack of guns and ammunition is disappointing.
