Great service, fairly priced. Had a bike that needed a lot of service work, and they got it fixed up like new for me. Alexander was awesome with helping me go through everything and decide what needed done. All the other employees I interacted with were super nice and helpful too. They even helped me unload and load my bike from my van. Highly recommend. I’ll be returning there for any future bike needs.

I've been going here for bike maintenance for years, and in March 2021 finally got a bike from Trek. It's the best bike I've ever invested in and the staff made sure it fit me perfectly! He took the time to make sure my posture was correct on the frame, made adjustments, and I even got a credit for donating my old bike. When I wanted equipment installed on the new bike, they did that too! Everyone at Trek is awesome, and you absolutely get what you pay for here.

Back in February I was trail riding on nice days for some badly needed Pandemic exercise, but sorely needed the 25-yr-old Bianchi Advantage to function better. The poorly maintained bike had rusty chain and derailleurs, 2 or 3 functioning gears, squeaky brakes, disintegrating shift grip, and other problems. I wasn't sure it could be made good again. The technician noted that it was going to be more like a restoration than a tune-up. The Level 2 Service Package was chosen. Not only did I quickly get back a clean bike with amazingly clean derailleurs and adjusters, tight new brakes, new cables, 21 distinct functioning gears, and nifty new twist shifters - in addition the tires even stay inflated! They used to need filling before each ride. What a deal. I'm now getting many more good trail miles from this bike. Trek turned my attempt to salvage something from this bike into a great investment.

The people at Trek Bicycle were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Alexander helped me understand all it would take to get my son's beat up college bike back in shape. So nice and giving of their time and expertise.
