This will be our go to hotel any time we are in Hastings visiting family. Liz was terrific all the way from my first phone call to book a room, to our check in after making it through a snow storm, to the great Thank you note under our door before leaving. She put us right next to the pool, because it was our daughter’s birthday, they had a nice ‘Sack Breakfast’, and everything was very clean! Thank you, Liz and Crew, for helping save our holiday and making an 11 year old’s birthday special.

One star for a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Unfortunately my positive comments end here. While attempting to lay our suitcases on the counter we discovered a gigantic spilled soda stain that had dried on the surface. We thought okay, maybe they just didn't see it so we cleaned it up, sanitized it, and began to unpack. While pulling out the sofa bed for our kids we discovered that the sheets had what looked like a little blood spot on them and had obviously not been washed. We decided that YES that is really disgusting, but we've already unpacked and it was late, so we just used other blankets. Then while getting ready for everybody to go to bed we discovered a giant black smear on the tile, hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom counter that didn't belong to us, and suspicious looking brown stains on the bottom of the bathtub. Some of the bath towels still had the water resistant chemical of new towels on them and stunk like chemical which gave them the impression that they had not been washed. The overall lack of cleanliness in the room seemed very disturbing and we were glad we were only staying one night. We might have actually called down to complain and try a different room if it weren't for the fact that the night time front desk Manager was very unfriendly and abrupt. So no I don't recommend this place.

Great stay. Slept like a baby. The coffee was hot and fresh! Rooms were spotless. Everyone was friendly.

It's a nice place off the highway. And the holtel staff was really nice and helpful. Had a nice stay.

The staff was nice and friendly when I arrived. The room was clean and well maintained as well. My only complaint was the shower head, either it was like needles hitting me or it was like coming out of a hose.
