The staff has been super kind and accommodating as I am transitioning to MN from MT. They have taken the time to make sure my needs are met and given me local resources for housing assistance.
Enjoyed our short stay, but was disappointed the pool was closed for maintenance, and the bag breakfast was very plain. We wound up eating breakfast somewhere else.
Reserved a regular room and got stuck in a handicap room and they refused to give us another room even after offering to pay for an upgrade.nI've stayed at over 100 Wyndham hotels and I've never been told i can't change my room. Couldn't even get a room with a bathtub, I'm 9 months pregnant and wanted to relax. Very disappointed in the management here in Northfeild, she would rather fight with us over it than make any changes.
I give this hotel a 10 for cleanliness. After, i checked i recleaned the room with a white rag. When i was finished cleaning the rag remained whitennIts apparent, this hotel will need upgrades and or multiple repairs. Associate Karen, resolved the issue i brought to her attention. However it was several issues. I stopped complaining.
Clean, nice staff. Was enjoyable.
