The staff is welcoming and accommodating. We were bummed that the hot tub was closed for repairs, but the overall experience was very nice.

I went to open swimming on Saturday February 6th 2021, and had a great time. Since there isn't a lot of things open right now I figured this would be great a great place to have my sons 8th birthday party on February 20th. 2 weeks later then our previous Saturday visit. I called Thursday and tried to book the community room but that was closed, but I could book a room so we could eat and open presents there. The room was $200, (even though later I found online I could book out for $108,) but whatever it was on a whim and was willing to pay whatever. I told the lady who reserved my room it would be approximately 10 adults and 25 children. No problems, took my credit card number and booked it. On the 19th my friend called and asked about open swimming, now it's only open Sunday to Thursday. That stuck me as odd so I called them to make sure everything is ok. Turns out there isn't open swimming on Saturday (even though 2 weeks before there was.) Since I had a room I could still go swimming; I asked is there a limit on how many guest I can have with. The clerk asked how many I was planning, I told them 8 adults, and 15 children, which is less then my orginal quote when I originally called and booked. They told me they would call their manager and get back to me. After a few minutes I got a call saying they can't allow that because of social distancing guidelines. So whatever nice cop out answer. Im going to make this my kids best birthday yet, just really disappointed in the flip flop miscommunication. Rave to abby though, she was very polite and professional.

Even though there are signs on entrance and at the check in desk about clients and staff mandatory mask wearing during their work hours or stay, neither front desk staff wore masks nor did they put one when I approached the desk. There were 3 remotes for one TV in my Room, and based on the no mask wearing staff, I wasn't going to ask them for help. I trouble shot the issue myself, got the TV working and still had an extra remote. It is extremely doubtful that I will return.

Amazing clean room definitely will be back

Hot tub is not working, no breakfast during COVID, and no coffee.
