New owners and new management cleaning up the park and putting in new homes.
Cuz they are really picky on who lives their an I'm a mom an have been clean an sober an I have income an yes I have a couple misdemeanors but nothing too serious
It seems like a ok place, but this trailer court's road is full of ice. I guess they can't afford to keep their roads in court cleaned off. You could slip and fall and hurt yourself if you go here in winter time.
It's a trailer park . Private and small . Rents good price but the contract is a bit ridiculous . But overall it is a good place to start out or live short term. Could stay long term but that's a personal choice for you to make.
Management is ok... Definitely could be better, but for the most part it is really not too bad, the rent is very affordable.
