Highly recommended these guys! As a group, we rented 8 sleeper shacks and they are very nice spacious and comfortable shacks to spend 4 days in. The Arnesen crew works hard to make their rounds and get fresh bait out to everybody! We had a successful trip catching big pike and walleye and I'm already looking forward to coming back next March! ~ Ryan (Grim Outdoors)
3 night 2 day stay in 2 bdrm cabin (mobile home) clean, comfortable and quiet. Almost matched the comfort of home minus a tv in the bedroom. Guides were friendly and helpful, that was a plus. We also got the meal plan which we DID NOT agree with the value. Could have more of a selection for the cost. Fish houses were clean, and warm. You're only allowed to fish from 7am to 5pm; as they provide the transportation. Overall, we were pleased with our ice fishing Vacation at Arnesen's.
Place is great! Take very good care of you. Super friendly. Only issue was the cabin we stayed in was a 4 plex. Super loud and front door barely locked. A 10 year old could have kicked it in. Other than that, place is awesome.
Our first visit...we stayed in a sleeper fish house for a few days. Great staff, very accommodating!! We weren't seeing any fish activity the first 2 days...so our guide Oly moved us and we had the best 2 days! We're planning a family trip of 12 next year! Thank you Arnesen's for such a wonderful experience!
Fishing was excellent! The cabin was bigger than we expected and very nice. Food at the restaurant was great. The restaurant was petty busy so service was really slow our 2nd night. Otherwise everything was great!
