Beautiful hotel with modern, clean decor and heated underground parking. Lovely setting right on the river within walking distance to downtown shops and eateries. The pool is closed due to covid but the fitness center is open and is very nice. There is Netflix accessibility on the TV if you have your own account. Great hotel.
The deposit was double dipped on my credit card. Our room heater would only blow hot air, 83degin the room, had to switch rooms. To top it all off, both my locked up bikes were stolen off my car in a pathetically secure underground parking.
Wonderful management....wonderful staff...absolutely the best place to stay in Northfield !!!!
Am not going back. Personnel in the restaurant refused to properly wear their mask. Don't take a chance with this place.
