Capital Construction recently replaced our hail-damaged roof and did a great job. They handled it professionally from start to finish. Our project manager, Cole, explained the process regarding the insurance company in detail, was available for any questions, and advised us on color of shingle. The crew did a terrific clean-up job after completing our roof in a day, and that was no easy feat on a rather windy day! We love the new look and highly recommend Capital Construction.
I won't be asking Capital for any future work. They did a hail replacement of our roof. The roof work was fine. Standard storm chase quality. What earned the one star review was the fact they came and said they'd do the two jobs. The roof and gutters. They happily got to work on the roof and would not talk too much about gutters but said they will talk to me about gutters later. Of course later meant after we were moving forward with the roof.nnThat was when I was told gutters were not included even though they were planned originally. I should never have given final payment until gutters and appropriate flashing was put on the house.nnLong story short is the company will sell you a job, tell you after it's not all there, and then attempt to not follow up to fix a punch list. That took weeks of calling and holding on to the finally $15k to get one fix on the front of the house.nnFind a better construction crew.
After the hail storm last year we saw lots of roofs being replaced in our neighborhood (seemingly by storm chasers). I wanted a local, highly rated roofer and did my own search and landed on Capital. Glad I did. They did an excellent job and Tristan, their project manager was attentive and here through the entire roofing job.
Cole and his team were excellent to work with on my roof repair project. No headaches or hassles. Cole has integrity and always follows through. I highly recommend Capital Construction if you need something done and done well!
We had Capital replace our roof after a hail storm hit our home. Trevor made this process as easy and stress free as possible! From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, everything went as promised and our roof looks great! Thanks Trevor!
