Grew up there '76-82. Drive by every chance I get. Stopped and chatted with office clerk a year ago. Very informative.
I lived in this park for over 10 years, this is best trailer park I've ever been to, great neighbors, awesome management, I like how they had alot of rules which made it a nice place to live. If I move back to Minnesota this would be the first place I would check out for a rentel.
This Mobile home Park is nice. It's got a pool which is great in the summer. They take good care of the roads during the winter, and there are activities for the holidays. The only thing that's kind of a downer is that they're very expensive. But the management seems really nice and understanding. The residents who live there are quiet and peaceful and mainly keep to themselves.
Trailer park. Looks nice. Office building modern. Did not enter. Secluded place at the bottom of a hill.
