Two years ago I had Advantage Seamless install gutters on the house and garage. This month I had them add screens. In both cases, they showed up as promised, sent a photo of the person doing the estimate and the installation just prior to them arriving (a great idea), did a great job with the install and cleanup, answered questions and were friendly and accommodating start to finish. Product quality and prices are excellent, very professional.
Advantage did a great job installing our gutters with the leaf protective cover. The installers were professional and efficient. We are extremely satisfied with the results their work and quality of the gutters.
Initially, it took me a few reminder calls to get someone out for an estimate. Then they needed to come back after the first visit to add some parts. Yet even after the second visit, a third technician needed to complete the work the first ones did not do. We were missing gutter covers in places. We were told they had pictures of the completed project, which Interestingly I did not see, but regardless, either way, the covers were not there. Don’t know which is worse, not being finished (especially by downspouts) or if they were on there, they came off? We did not find them in the yard. The third technician assured us it will all taken care of. He seemed professional. After cleaning off our shingles and tops of gutters, unfortunately we have needles sticking straight up from the covers which is unsightly.
They did an excellent job. Looks awesome. I would definitely recommend the gutter guard.
Went to my local store in Crosslake Minnesota. Very helpful customer service person took my order for the parts that I needed and called me a couple days later when they were ready to pick up. Great service!
