We stayed here several times through the course of planning, and then replanning our wedding due to Covid delays for a year. Every time we went, we had a wonderful and worry-free experience. The staff are always attentive and helpful. The rooms are pristine and the beds are super-comfy, and that's coming from a light sleeper! The facilities are also wonderful and match the same quality as the service and rooms. (The hot tub is amazing!) Moreover, all of our guests felt the same and were treated with the same warmth and courtesy we'd come to recognize as a standard from Pine Peak's Lodge. And the restaurant adjacent is wonderful for breakfast! Great character and amazing food!nnI don't think I could say enough good things about them or their service. If you're in Cross Lake and need a place to stay, you know where to turn!
The people and the food is great. There is a little store in there that you can.shop in also. I love going here!!

Service was terrible. Food took an hour to arrive. It was cold & raw. Manager simply rolled eyes & made excuses. Staff was rude & not even a single apology. Also, staff were not wearing masks amidst mandatory state mask order due to pandemic. When asked to please wear a mask properly manager stated “we don’t care about that.”
Had an amazing time at Pine Peaks Lodge. My wife and I spent the night celebrating our 2 year anniversary and everything was amazing. The staff definitely went out of their way to make the night special. Thank you for the memories.
