They a re so helpful. Walked us around and showed us all the types of room they offer. This is the second event we have booked with them. 5 stars times 2
I had to cancel my trip due to being out of town for family reasons. Emailed to cancel my reservation and got response back stating would take 6 weeks to get refund. It's been over 6 weeks and no refund. You call and no one can help expect for the person that's out of the office and supposedly no management on staff at 3:00 which there is always a manager in charge that can help. No response to emails that have been sent over a week and half. Wonder how the service would be if actually side there.
After a scheduling snafu, the staff at Whitefish lodge got it right. We needed a ground floor room and found one at Whitefish! (They also have an elevator!) (We tried both Manhattan Beach and Pine Peaks who each said they had one, but as it turned out, didn't! And neither of whom has an elevator!)nnWe stayed 2 nights and were very comfortable!nThe room was very nice and clean, if pricey. We had King bed which was really comfortable with about 6 pillows!nnBreakfast was tasty, adequate, your typical offering.nnIf you need to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying at Whitefish lodge!
This is a fabulous place to stay. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They are always willing to make you stay as pleasant as possible.
We had our daughter's wedding at Whitefish and we couldn't have been happier with everything all of the employees did to make our weekend special! Crystal is amazing at her job. We knew everything was taken care of and we had such a relaxing weekend. Everyone was fabulous to work with. We would highly recommend them for your event!
