The service was outstanding from the quoting process to the actual installation to the office. They not only started the job on time they actually started it a month early. The crew that did the installation were great. They took care of my landscape and cleaned up every night when they were through. When they finished the job you wouldn't have even known they were there except for a great new roof. The folks in the Gaylord office were terrific. I would highly recommend these folks.
Rob gave me a good price and timeline to install a membrane roof on a tall commercial building in Kalkaska. In spite of the bad weather his crew got the job done with no additional charges. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

You can find less expensive roofing contractor but you'll never find a better one than Story. On time, attention to detail, quick installation, professional clean up, and outstanding long lasting material. Employees are well trained and professional to let you know what's going on and when. We love the new roof and it looks great while providing long lasting protection. We could not be more satisfied with Story, confident they will stand by their installation for the long term, and would highly recommend them.
Very nice job., Professional. Good clean-up. Roofing is apparently very weather-dependent, so their timing was off, but not their fault that climate change made things difficult!
