Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Despite being busier than usual with their springtime rush, they were able to get my bike serviced in a timely fashion, and even offered to help load it in my car upon pick-up. They have high quality, fairly priced merchandise with the added bonus of having expert staff available to help you find exactly what you need. Very impressed. Will be going here for all my future tune-ups and bike needs.

Phenomenal customer service, great selection of bikes and accessories, and very quick turnaround time. Whether you're a pro rider, or a novice like me, the staff is very knowledgeable in lending a guiding hand. Josh was incredibly patient with helping me fix my bike. He was very honest and upfront about everything, helping me get the best price possible. I also appreciate all the tips and tricks he gave me on bike maintenance. I can't recommend this place enough!

awesome service! with bikes so hard to find right now we had an extremely positive experience. spoke with a gal twice on the phone and she was super helpful going over options for our growing teenage boy. referred me to a shop in Toledo that possibly had the Marlin that we were interested in. after talking with them and considering that and then exploring options online we settled on a Verve - your shop had one left in his correct frame size and desired color. happily drove from an hour away 2 days in a row - first to check out the bike and then back with our other vehicle and rack to actually pick it up. Worked with Tanner in store to purchase the bike and also a new and better fitting helmet for our daughter. Very kind and thorough. Happy parents and happy family - we can continue biking together in 2021.

My first experience was a good one probably because I was making a big purchase but this time around was different. One of the guys who I’m assuming is the owner has a very negative tone and was talking down to me. I will not be returning to them to make future purchases.

I called the bike shop looking for a specific bike and for some help with whether my nine-year-old was ready for an adult extra small bike. Staff was very helpful over the phone, helped me weigh out options and find the perfect bike. I was able to pay over the phone and they held the bike for a whole week until my daughter’s birthday to keep it a surprise. Everyone we talked to was very helpful.
