I would HIGHLY recommend Belk Roofing. My wife and I struggled to get regular correspondence from roofers for months until a friend gave me Andrew Belk's contact information. He was always prompt with email responses and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion.nOn top of that, they installed a fantastic roof in only one day. They even came back two days later and took the old satellite dish off the new roof.nOnce again, I would recommend these folks for any work, as they are professional, courteous, and won't leave you waiting for a call back!
The work crew from Melvin Belk Roofing were very polite and professional. The job got done in a timely manner and the worksite was cleaned up before the last crew member left. We had a roof that needed to be completely replaced due to hail damage. I called Melvin Belk and a representative came to my house to assess the damage that very week.nI then contacted my insurance company. The insurance company was very familiar with Melvin Belk and I was given the OK to set up the roof replacement.nThe crew from Melvin Belk showed on a Friday around noon. They were very courteous, and were very easy to work around. The crew finished the roof on Saturday.nIt was after dark when the crew finished, so I went out expecting to have to do a lot of cleaning up of roof trash around the house. I found that the crew had done a great job of picking up.nThe dumpster of trash was removed by Monday morning. Another representative from Melvin Belk came later that week with a magnet to find as many nails as they could in the yard.nOverall, Melvin Belk did a wonderful job!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replaced.
Jeremiah and the entire Belk team are the best.....good work and nice people. They put a new roof on our house and stood by their workmanship for a number of years. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I rarely give such an unequivocal review, but they deserve it.
I appreciated the thorough roofing estimate and consultation to make sure we made the best decision about replacing the existing roof and gutters. The workmanship was excellent with very good cleanup.
