Update 2 months later: A crew from Maxim came back to flash around the rooftop units now that they are properly curbed. Also after calling Durolast about our warranty because we were experiencing new leaks, they pushed us to have Maxim come back which happened last week and so far, no more leaks!nnOriginal review - October 2019nThe organization I work for hired them and paid $150,000 to them to do new flat roofs on 2 commercial buildings in Flint and the subcontractors were verbally unprofessional with our tenants, and the owner Matt did not communicate with us about the need to raise some of our rooftop HVAC units onto curbs for proper flashing until the walkthrough on the last day of the job. Then once we paid them in full, they became unresponsive to new roof leaks that occured for the first time after the new roof installation - I would not recommend them.
They helped me when I was in a pinch on a flat roof on a building in Novi and another time in Flint Twsp.
They did a great job with our roof.
