Our stay was awesome! The room was beautiful and so freshly renovated. It seemed like no one else had ever stayed in the room..immaculate. The owner, Bani, and his entire staff/family, could not have been more welcoming or accommodating. There are many other options in town but, not for us, when we go back, we will go back here.

This was our first visit to MAine and so glad we choice this place. The owner of the location was the best i have ever dealt with. My husband and I travel a lot and have never had the hospitality like this place gave us. He took his time to inform us on things we could do the next day and how to get there.nHis customer service was PHENOMENAL. rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. WE had a great experience that we are returning in 2 weeks with my son and his wife and my grand kids. !!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF GOING TO OLD ORCHARD BEACH!!!!!!! They deserve 100 stars

The owners were awesome, very welcoming and accomodating. The room was immaculate. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay in it.nCan't beat the price. Close to everything you could desire. Highly recommend it and will be back!

Nice clean rooms, friendly owners. Nice and quiet, fairly close to The Pier and Old Orchard Beach.
