This place is great! The staff both over the phone when I booked and upon arrival were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean! The beds smelled fresh and were comfy. Plenty of places to charge your tech and a large bathroom. I will be back again with my family. It is just off the exit and close to the beaches, the Maine mall and many other attractions. Kudos to you hampton inn saco

I was traveling & decided to stop to rest here at this location since I’m a Hilton honors member. I made the reservation online just before I arrived at the hotel on December 16th. I checked in at the front desk with their night auditor around 2am on Dec 16. When I was finally rested, around 2pm the same day, I went to the front desk to let them know I leaving. I hadn’t even been in the room for 24 hours. The woman at the front desk informed me I would be charged for two nights. How are you going to charge me for TWO nights when I wasn't even in the room for 24 hours??? She rudely told me that because I checked in at 2am that was considered a night(so I was going to be charged for Dec 15 even though I checked in on the 16), and since I was in the room past check out time (only 2 hours past by the way) I would be charged for another night. That makes absolutely no sense & wasn’t explained to me when I checked in. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and you’re double charging me just because you can. Then this woman continued to argue with me instead of listening to what I was saying. Disgusting way to treat your guests. Will never stay here again.
Staff at Hampton Inn are always helpful and friendly, but this was the friendliest and nicest staff I've ever encountered at a Hampton. Very pleased with our stay.
