We arrived at the hotel was greeted went to our room and found hair throughout the bathroom. Went to look at the bed and found it to also covered with hair. Went to the reception and they offered us another room. They came with us to the room to make sure we were satisfied. This room was also not cleaned and cover with hair. We were told we would receive a full refund. Refund is not direct it takes at least 5 to 10 business days.
The room which was a suite was a very nice room, and had a nice layout. It had a nice laundry room and pool area. They still had a continental breakfast ud83eudd50, with out the hot food through. They made staying an extra night so easy, and charged me the same price an the booking agent priceline.
Very good stay. I know because of covid they aren't serving eggs or hot items for breakfast, but I would appreciate if they had egg cheese muffins or similar option.

Very nice place to rest out weary heads! My kids loved the pool and the beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean and taken care of!
