NO WIFI. Had to tether my laptop to my phone, something I don't usually do unless I'm car camping. Clean and ordered, friendly staff. Full size fridge and microwave. Kind of run down, peeling wallpaper and bathroom flooring.
Good choice for the budget conscious, and a central location for getting everywhere in Acadia Ntnl. Park. It’s nothing fancy, but our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The homemade blueberry apple muffins for breakfast are delicious, and the freshly ground coffee is smooth and mellow! The owner, Doug, was quite congenital and accommodated our needs so kindly. We would return.
A very simple and old lodging house. Not hifi facilities. Moderate rate.
I was never at the home stead motel I haven't been on that side of town for a month
No hot water for a shower and the owner wouldn't even offer to give me anything off my charge for the room...what?!!!
