I was extremely happy with the work done by James & Whitney in replacing my roof. Kasey and his crew were respectful to me, my property, and my neighbors. He communicated well both before and during the job so I knew what to expect, and cleaned up daily so the property always looked good. I‘m not a roofing expert but I do believe that they did quality work and would highly recommend them.
James & Whitney Co. represents everything positive about a roofing experience. Not knowing anyone in the roofing business or who to use for your project can be daunting. I was certainly overwhelmed thinking about options. After speaking with their sales agent on the phone, I was immediately put at ease. They were timely, professional, and focused on meeting our needs and expectations. The price quote process was super easy, and we even got to watch them fly their drone around to take measurements (very cool!). After comparing them with other contractors in the area, it was an easy decision for us. We now have a gorgeous new roof that I don't need to worry about replacing in my lifetime! Don't hesitate... Give these guys a call.
They came to the site and gave a quote at the last minute and were very competitive! My client chose another company because they knew the owner of that company.
