I came with my wife and our 2 year old daughter during our visit to Rockford to see family. Stayed here over the weekend. The rooms were super clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The manager even gave our daughter treats as we were about to check out. I’m definitely staying here when I visit Rockford next.
My particular experience was pleasant the manager Kal very friendly and friendly staff. my room was clean and quiet the water was hot the water pressure was good the bed was comfortable everything function properly lamps television. I will stay at this property in the future when I am in town.
Been here almost 3 months I was comfortable for the most part!
Not good they locked the doors I had to call 911to get in they were never at the front desk my kids was in the room and I could not get to them cause they lock u out
Never stay here we check out at 5:45 and the lady tryed to charge us 40 dollars to check out be for 11 am who in the hell charge to check out early had they had that in writing i would have not stayed there in the Frist place. 40 dollars that sound like she smoke crack or something had to call the police. Got my 40 dollars back out my grown life I have never heard of this be for sad never ever will we stay there again no stars for this place
