Beautiful hotel and the nicest - Embassy suites - Hilton, I have ever stayed in. The food was excellent and they have a really nice roof top lounge with anview of the river!! It is really cool to stay in a historically renovated hotel that had first class amenities. The rooms are quiet and I liked that it was easily accessible from the Rockford Airport. Walking distances to everything which was very convenient. GREAT staff & service! I will be back soon!!!
I've been a longtime Marriott member and have not been happy with their cleaning of rooms and their lack of accommodations. This Embassy Suites may have just forced me to make the move over to Hilton as my preferred hotel chain. First, the building is historic and nicely renovated. Second, the front desk staff were so helpful and welcoming. And third, they provided the opportunity to not only have a complimentary breakfast (not just a goody bag), but the restaurant was open with an amazing Happy Hour and tasty menu. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will for future trips to Rockford. Spend the extra $20 to stay here and not somewhere close to the highway if you can!!
Love the urban, loft style of this Hotel in downtown Rockford IL. The Development Group did an excellent job renovating this historic factory warehouse building into this Hilton Embassy Suites Hotel. Great location and rooms are very comfortable and big; feels like your own apartment. Happy hour is a nice touch and Restaurant has a good variety menu. Staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs.
We absolutely had a great experience at the Rockford Embassy Suites. The customer service was fantastic, we enjoyed the complimentary drinks at the bar/restaurant, and had great food. We loved that we didn't have to leave the hotel once we arrived. It was cold and rainy outside, and we had everything we needed at the hotel. Every employee we had contact with was so cheerful, and friendly. We have not had so much fun at a hotel stay in years!
Amazing hotel. Beautiful adaptive re-use of a historic factory building. The rooms were incredibly quiet and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and offered great customer service. And the food was especially good!
