The management is very diabolical they pump contaminated well water to tenets so they don't have to pay for sewage disposal the winnebago county citizens pay that because how much water u use is how they the county estimates ur sewer bill since they use a well from the trailer park site which by the way is all contaminated plus if they want ur place after u fix it up they make false unproven claims then don't properly serve u notice and u don't make it to court they win by default judgement and take ur trailer and resell it sometimes with option to buy they sell the same trailer over and over again they won't accept partial payments even tho we are enduring a unprecedented covid- 19 crisis and that's just the tip of the iceberg buyer beware.
This mobile home park is very run down. Owners are apathetic and negligent with upkeep. The owners are very hostile. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. None of the trailers are worth more than 2 thousand dollars. All need rehab.
Well I can't afford to live there yet girl, but if the VA gives Me a raise, I could but I doubt it. They denied last time I applied for this kind of pay raise.
