I had ordered mucinex for drive threw pick up since I have COVID-19. I specifically ordered from this one cause they advertised DRIVE THREW PICK UP! I waited 15 minutes only for them to tell me they have never heard of online ordering pick up and gave no effort to help me after blankly staring at me for a moment he just said I don’t know what to tell you other than go inside. I can NOT go inside because I have COVID!!! Then when I called the store to see if I could have the name on the order changed to my boyfriend because he is fine but he would have to come in and get it and they refused to change the name on the order for some wild reason.I had to have the whole order canceled and they have to wait for a refund all because the staff here are poorly trained and don’t want to do there job.

The pharmacy is beyond slow. Probably one of the worst pharmacies I’ve had to deal with. They maybe have 2 employees working in the pharmacy almost everyday. I definitely would not recommend getting your prescriptions here. There could be one car in front of you and they’re there for 30 minutes.
