Clean place with friendly helpful staff. Room looks like the pictures. Updated, nice and does not smell like weed! I have stay in all the hotels in this area and this was by far the nicest hotel in Monee area! Rooms are quiet, bed was comfortable and price was great. Stayed here a few time now with different rooms, will continue booking here when I need a room. Each room I was in was nice! Red Roof Inn has changed a lot since I was a kid, all for the better!
Peaceful,very quiet,clean ,rooms were over hauled very nicenBreakfast could have been a bit better. Housekeepers were friendly this is where I stay always when I visit chicagoland
Decent hotel. Young lady at front was very nice. Me and my family stayed here for few days. Rooms were clean, hight speed internet was really helpful during our stay as most of us like to watch netflix. Good location to walk around in the evening. Definitely recommend this hotel.
This place is easy access to I-57. The rooms are clean-ish, but the cleaning crews could do a better job of cleaning around all the baseboards.nI know the owners have made some updates with new flooring in the rooms, but now they need to start on the shower/tub areas. They are really beginning to show their age.nThe beds are always very comfortable, & make for a wonderful nights sleep. I didn't utilize the continental breakfast options this last time; but it's usually pretty good.
Made reservation for double queen room on bookin.com two days in advance.nCalled 2hrs prior to check in to confirm.nWhen I arrived I noticed the pool was filthy & out of order I booked here because of the pool & was not informed it was out of order. I was given key to room 307. When I entered room 307 there were already guest inside. (This could have been very dangerous for all parties involved). After returning to front desk I was told that the clerk forgot my booking & accidentally gave my room to another guest. He then asked me to wait while he checked out a room on first floor. He came back walking with someone he had escorted out of room 105. I was then given the keys to room 105 which is a single queen. After returning to the front desk & explaining that I booked a double queen i was given the keys to room 207. I paid in cash & gave a $50 deposit. After checking out I was asked if I enjoyed my stay which I responded no. 3hrs later he attempted to charge my credit card $17.68 for taxes & fees. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK
