The bikes could be the same everywhere. The service is what will differentiate one bicycle shop from another.nThe experience in this place was great.nThe person that was talking to me about the bicycle I was looking for was really knowledgeable.nThan the guy in the service desk made sure my new bicycle was all tuned up and ready to go. He properly installed all the extra parts I purchased from them.nThey told me everything about the warranty and free tune up visit. They also told me they will fix flat on my bike any time.nThank you.nWill definitely come back.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. You're ideal local bike shop. Friendly, helpful, honest and reasonably priced. Service guys helped me a ton today and took the time to explain everything. These guys have been fantastic for the 15 years I've been using them.

I have been a customer for years. I find the service excellent. Today, I went in with a flat tire and I was in and out is less than 20 mins. They are very busy but try to get small repairs in and out. I was really pleased to be able to wait. Bob even unloaded and loaded my bike for me. It is nice to receive such excellent customer service.

I am very happy with my new Trek bike, but more importantly, I am very happy with the service at Village CycleSport. Greg at the Arlington Heights location took the time to go over everything with me, and even helped me load the bike into the back of my car when I realized I miiiight have underestimated how much room I would need to make it fit.

Has a great selection of bicycles from TREK and Specialized. Sales person took the time to explain the benefits of each type of bike. 20 minutes later we were rolling out with a new bike! The service section checked the bike over and added a speedometer and bottle holder we bought.
