Great experience! I've been on the search for a mountain bike and was ecstatic when I called this shop and they said they had one bike left that was in my size. We headed over to the shop and found out that they set my bike aside to hold it for me which was awesome of them to do so. Test rode it in the parking lot, they helped me adjust the seat for my fit, and they got it ready before I took it home. Great service and super friendly, will definitely be going back if I needed. I am also looking forward to their group rides!

I know he's sick but 5 months getting excessive. wondering if i'll ever see it again. had my bike for 5 months, can't get a hold of them. Saying owner is sick. They wanted to put $500 tire on my bike without my permission. I wanted them to make so the didn't leak air not replace whole tire. Anyway I may end up losing my bike, noone is communicating.

It's business's like this that make the case for independent shops. In a time where big box stores sell everything you may need- but the service, craft, and expertise are absent. These days you can rely on a blog, reddit, google, or any other review site to find an answer to a question... or you can call on an expert. These guys are experts. Kevin knows his stuff- and he is not stingy with his time when answering your questions. Even during a pandemic with a shortage of bikes to sell- they operate repairing the bike you have, and offering advice on how to get the most from what you are working with.

The crew was incredible! We were passing through town on a cross-country bike-packing tour, and their staff went above and beyond with advice and tune-ups to get us safely back on the road quickly. So friendly and knowledgeable - highly recommend!
