As frequent travelers every week to Logan, we have stayed at this hotel weekly. Every week we face a new policy to check in, the staff rotates through their like the travelers. We held a business meeting at the facility and got chewed out for too many local business people coming to the conference and they wanted us to send them away. This past week, I had a Medical Procedure with a broken back and my wife checked us in as usual. However, they changed the reservation to my name and would not let my wife check us in. I had to get out and hobble into the hotel to check in. Because of the pain and being required to stay off my feet, I checked in and was irritated for having a constant changing check in process. The staff did not care. We received a call the next day stating our account had been flagged and told not to stay with them again. We can assure you that our company and those we interface with will not put out the staff of Holiday Inn out nor stay there. Tried calling the manager and she wouldn't even take the call. It is unfortunate that owners put out all the risk to develop a business and provide jobs and the employees can destroy your business in a moment. We have always had good luck with Holiday Inn, but not this one.

Check in was quick and friendly. Clean room and bedding. Bathroom was well designed. Downside was breakfast room was crowded and no where to sit although food was pretty good. We had to eat in our room.

Really nice, rooms very well cleaned. Staff is very friendly and willing to fix anything that may not meet your standards. Breakfast is really good.

This Inn was immaculate. Rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Nice, large bathrooms, and I felt very much at home. Beautiful area and scenery. Very welcoming.

We really like Holiday Inn Express! Here in Logan, the pool is large, there is a hot tub and a weight room. There are lots of places to eat near here, it is clean and the pillows are amazing.
