We have stayed here for almost a year now. The staff is great. Scott, Elaine, and Will keep this place moving forward. I would name the housekeeping ladies too, but I don't know their names personally. This place is still renovating rooms. So some are nicer looking than others. But they are making great headway. If I ever have any issues ,Scott is right there to lend me a hand. They are doing a fantastic job!! Thank you for all the hard work you do!!!
My stay was made extremely enjoyable primarily due to the management and staff. It is very rare to stay at a hotel where the employees are so kind and outgoing. This hotels staff all have a heart of gold. Every time that I cross paths with an employee I was met with friendly greetings and asked if there was anything they could do to help me. After the first day or two I began to feel as if the employees were friends not staff. It was a breath of fresh air to stay in a hotel that everyone went above and beyond to meet my needs. From now on when traveling I will make it a point to find an In Town Suites for my stay and say a prayer that the one I choose is half as wonderful as the one I have just experienced. I am actually saddened about leaving my new found friends but I will for sure be back here again
The manager named Scott is absolutely excellent along with his assistant Elaine. The whole staff is excellent for that matter! Very friendly and helpful with whatever one may need. The location is also great since there is a Waffle House across the road and a Dollar General right next door. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
The staff is great and the rooms are clean! I’ve locked myself out a few times and the response times have always been swift. Even at 4am! The environment is quiet for the most part and everyone around has been very kind. I love the comfortability of staying here. I definitely recommend this location. Thank you guys for making our stay great!
My stay was excellent because I was made to feel as if I were at home. The management and staff were beyond friendly. It felt to me as if they were family. All employees went out of their way on a daily basis to make sure I had everything needed and did so with an extremely friendly attitude. Even when I requested something unusual they made sure to deliver with a smile and assurance that it was their pleasure and that I was no bother at all. This in turn made it one of my most enjoyable stays. It certainly is at the top of the list in comparison to other hotels I have visited.
