Comfy, spacious, clean room and bathroom. Very polite staff. Clean and well maintained fitness center. Room felt safe and secure. Bed was super comfy. Continental breakfast was superb! I recommend the blueberry muffins. Great coffee. Awesome selection.
The hotel was great! We did have some problems with payment but the awesome general manger Wanda got everything fixed for us! The room was very clean and everything was up to date! Definitely recommend this place!
I checked in quite late at 12:30am Check in was quick, the receptionist was very polite and friendly. My room was very nice, the bed was amazing!nMy problem was at around 5am I kept hearing doors slamming and people stomping and running. After about 10-15min of this I called front desk to complain and they’re supposed to have taken care of it. It went on until left at around 9am.
What a nice experience. Staff was pleasant and very helpful, great southern hospitality! Accommodations were clean, bed super comfy. Will stay here again next year on our travels.
My name is Gregory Jones I am a walking missionary from Lexington Kentucky currently 1,750 mi now here in Dothan Alabama when I came to check in the girl behind the front desk was super friendly and greeted me with a smile that you could tell from behind her mask very fast check in got up to the room was very impressed with the cleanliness AC filters were clean very spacious huge TV beyond my expectations well stocked bathroom no spots on carpet everything immaculate I would recommend this place to anyone that comes into Dothan Alabama 10 out of 10 guys. and even upon checking into my room and getting upstairs and settling in the front desk clerk even called me and asked if everything was suitable they even follow up with you to make sure everything is okay great hospitality God bless
