This hotel is excellent! The Room was clean and when I checked-in the staff greeting me with a smile. But what made the difference was the incredible customer service: I was traveling from out of town and needed a little extra consideration and help. To the person from my initial call prior to arriving to my check in and out, everyone was helpful and nice!! Gary, a manager, was very helpful as well. Unfortunately I am not able to recall the names of the two ladies at the front desk but each of them equally rock! These employees were a blessing to me... thank younnKurt S

First off, the hotel staff is very polite and courteous. They have always left me with a positive experience. How ever, there is some shortcomings in this establishment. It appears that there is either communication or management issues which reflect negatively on the performance of the hotel. I am not a picky customer and generally don't like leaving negative feedback. Word of advice for anyone planning to visit this establishment:nn1. Should you need a late checkout ensure you get it written down to ensure the message filters through the system and staff.n2. When checking into your room, check the restroom condition and ensure the soap dispensers work and have been filled by housekeeping.n3. Be aware that though the television has an extending arm support for adjustment, the paneling it is mounted to is mounted to dry wall with just two Philips screws (best not touch the TV)n4. As a pet friendly hotel, check the floor for dog food / treats left over.n5. Check table tops to ensure not sugary food residues are not left uncleaned.nI believe the hotel is a good one and will likely return on my next trip. I do hope that they can address the issues they are struggling with and the future experiences will be even better.

Nice clean property that has all the typical amenities you'd expect from a IHG property. Beds are comfortable and rooms are modern. Nice TV, pool, breakfast and a sundry.

Proceed with caution... First room had hair in mattress cover topper, the sheets, in the pillows, an the shower wasn't even cleaned. We got a second room it was much better other than the showers need to be deep cleaned more. The mattresses at the place need to be pulled out an cleaned behind as well.there was some mold an or black mold in the showers. The bed in the second room was better... The towels smelled like bleach and that was a sign of relief...
