Such a beautiful place! The breakfast the Innkeeper, Cynthia made was delicious each morning. This was a perfect place for my husband and I. We celebrated his birthday and our anniversary and it was just what we needed. We loved the big porch and the porch swing. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful place! The owner Cynthia was so warm and lovely and the house is cozy and beautiful; so many things to look at! Our room was so cute and the bed was comfy as well. My dad snores quite a bit so I actually ended up going out to sleep on the couch in the living room, which was also super comfortable and warm. I felt like I was at home, but with waay better food.
A stay at Mentone Inn B&B is like spending time with your favorite cousins at a sprawling old family home in the country, with the best food ever. Mentone's location in the Appalachian foothills ensures much cooler temperatures than in lower areas of Alabama. We enjoyed two laid-back days there: while my husband golfed, I shopped for antiques and vintage goods, and we both enjoyed the beautiful rustic scenery. We especially loved the inn's big porches with rockers, a great swing, and tables for game playing and al fresco dining. Innkeeper Cynthia is kind, with a great sense of humor. All in all, it was a great experience. We will be returning.
