Booked a stay for 2 nights with 2 adults & 1 Chihuahua for a funeral. Made all of this clear when booking the reservation. When we were leaving for the visitation on Friday we were told by the front desk that we couldn't leave our dog alone, because he might disturb another guest. I told them if he did they should call me. If I am traveling for a funeral with my dog do you think I am taking the dog to the actual funeral? He was alone in the hotel about 2-3 hours each day during daylight hours when the hotel staff was hammering, drilling & vacuuming & make a huge amount of noise. If anyone was disturbed I don't think it was my dog's barking. While we were there I also heard another guest's dog howling in the middle of the night & another guest with the TV on blast at 3am.
I have stayed here 2 months waiting for my cottage to be done in Mentone...this motel is very, very clean and the people who work there and the managers are very nice and always accommodating...the beds are comfortable and it is close to everything and easy access to 59...l would highly recommend this motel in your travels
Good quality for what you pay.for. Clean!nQuiet and comfortable! Staff was very courteous and friendly. Above and beyond for service. I was here on business and I would stay here again. I stay in hotels around 320 nights a year.
