Nicer than you might think considering the external appearance. Room was clean and quiet and didn’t smell. They also have guest laundry which I really appreciated
The walls were dirty, the remote control had stuff crusted on it, and we found a fake eyelash in our sheets. The beds are very firm amd the pillows might as well not be there. The front desk and check in was very nice though! And they had Direct TV in the room with most channels. And the price to stay is very affordable, but I don't think I would stay here again
I have never felt so disrespected in my time of loss as I do with this establishment. My step children drove all the way from Tampa Florida to come to their daddy's my husband's memorial service. I called and made reservations over the phone on February 9th at 1:34 pm and told the girl on the phone that they weren't be here until 1 or 2 am and I got one room with double beds. I went around 4:30 pm to pay for room for two nights. I THE lady at the front office gladly took my cash. Well, when the girls got there they girl at the front office wouldn't give them the room because we didn't give them a 24 hour notice. It hadn't even been 24 hours since I made reservations. They had to pay for another room because they had given the room I reserved away. Well, I called them and after I told them what I thought she let them get the room I reserved but refuses to give my money back for one night because I didn't give a 24 hour notice and it hasn't even been 24 hours since I made reservations.Needless to say I will be going up there as soon as the sun comes up.
Nice little hotel plenty of truck parking even for big rigs. Room was comfortable and clean but the TV would not work and I was just too tired to fool with going to the front desk
Passing through late on a Saturday night was extremely tired so decided to give this place a shot since it had some good reviews....room was excellent, very affordable and great service, comfortable beds, shower was amazing....I would definitely recommend staying here
