Didn't check phone messages so long wait with few customers. Charged me when it was covered by my insurance. I have had much better luck with the small local pharmacies in Oneonta, Cleveland and Blountsville. They are faster, and friendlier.

Great folks. Very Professional and knowledgeable pharmacists and they speak Spanish.
They don't check phone messages. I had to wait for an hour and a half because they kept telling me the doctors office hadn't called it in. It was there they just didn't check their messages. An employee deliberately hung up on a customer calling the pharmacy. She put them on hold and told a coworker she didn't have time for them and she was disconnecting them and she did. Will never use this pharmacy again
