We pulled in looking for a room. I had already worked 9 hours and then hit the road to Suffolk, VA. I was done driving. Thankfully the clerk on duty was able to get us a room. Thank you. We made it to our destination safe because I was able to get some needed sleep.
This places was very dirty and not like the photos advertised. My boyfriend and I stayed for two nights with our two dogs. After the first night I started developing bumps under my nose. Two days later I had rashes everywhere. I ended up going to the ER and have been diagnosed with impetigo. Now not only do I have it but so does my boyfriend and both our dogs! Now not only do I have to deal with ER bills but also vet bills. Extremely dissatisfied and very irritated. The only good thing about this place was the front desk lady, she was very nice. Avoid this hotel if possibly!
Absolutely disgusting! Charged me twice for my room and I still haven't got the money back for it. Place stunk and was nasty. Lady at the front desk was awesome but I would stay far far away from this place. I felt afraid from the minute I walked in.
Hotel clerk was very Polite ane Professional but his hair, ball cap & clothes looked worn out or a little dirty. ALL carpets and furniture need shampooing. There was some bird droppings or something on the room heater, furniture scratched, and broken table leg. Room heater dried my eyes out and my eyes turned red.nnThere's no meat and eggs for breakfast but complementary hot and cold beverages, prepared waffle batter and a hot griddle, cereals, breakfast breads but no muffins.nnI will not be back! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!
Lady working the desk was super nice but nothing else was nice. There were stains on the sheets, no hand soap or shampoo. There were not alot of channels and they didn't seem to come in great. There was no breakfast which noone told us. The pool was also closed. Definitely not worth $74.99. Maybe 39.99
