Aspen replaced my metal roof, but a piece of the flashing came loose. On November 11th, I texted the Sales Rep (Gary) and sent him a photo. He said he’d get someone out to fix it. On January 5th, I sent Gary a text reminding him of the loose flashing. He texted back apologizing and said he’d find out what happened to the Service Ticket and get back with me. On January 23rd and 25th, I texted Gary to see what he found out concerning the Service Ticket, but he never responded. So, I called the office and spoke with a lady and explained the situation. She apologized and said she’d take down my information and have someone follow back up with me. It’s now April 2nd and still no one has contacted me. At this point, I definitely could not recommend this company to anyone.
Aspen Rep Butch Bandy was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. The workers were efficient and hard working.nAs a result, I obtained Butch referrals from 4 of my neighbors and I believe they all qualified for new roofs due to hail damage.
After a storm damaged my roof during the pandemic Aspen responded same day very quickly to to repair a leak. Within a few days they replaced my entire roof in one day and the new roof looks better than the original. These guys were great. Can’t thank you guys enough.
This is for the contractor over Charleston WV. I scheduled an appointment 3 times for someone to come look at my roof. Each time, the contractor never showed. He didn't call to say he couldn't make it, either. I'd have to call 20 past the scheduled appt time. First time he said he was running behind at another appointment and wouldn't be able to make it. Understandable. 2nd time we scheduled he said he decided to take the day off, which is EXTREMELY unprofessional as he didn't call to let me know or anything, just blew me off again. The third and final time he didn't show I called the company and said I'd be going with someone else. Its very frustrating because it is hard to find roofing contractors in the area.nnEdited to say: All the phone representatives were very nice and professional.
Aspen Contracting has been a wonderful experience to work with during my recent hail claim. From the first time that the salesman, Daniel, came to my home, they have been fantastic to work with. Daniel met with the adjuster and has been on top of everything during the whole process. The roofing crew was a wonder to behold as they finished my 38 square roof from start to finish in one day! They are professional and are VERY hard and dedicated workers. The site was cleaned when they left and everything was completed to my satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and let Aspen and their professional staff complete your next roofing job, you won’t be disappointed!
